This annual charity event, organized by HungHau Holdings in association with People's Committee of Phu Trung Ward on 6th October 2016, has attracted various lecturers, staffs, and students of Van Hien University. Blood donation is not only a symbol of humanitarian tradition in Vietnam, but it also expresses the enthusiasm and sharing spirit of VHU students.
Mr. Dang Thanh Vu, Executive Director in charge of the Student and Educating Cooperation of Van Hien University, emphasized the meaning of blood donation activities. Such kinds of charity events always get special attention from HungHau Holdings staffs as well as the VHU lecturers and students. The event this year is a deeply humanitarian one that has been strongly spread with the message “Every drop of blood is given, a life is saved”.
Since the early morning, many VHU students has come to the school yard to participate in the event. 250 blood units were collected, showing the warm hearts of VHU staffs and students for victims who need supports from the society.
