The Department of scientific research & graduate programs manages all university research and graduate programs. Furthermore, it is the editor of the Van Hien University Scientific Journals. It is the advisor for the Board of Rectors of the Van Hien University in setting up and directing research plans and determining fundamental topics available to research requirements. The Department organizes the registration of research topics, assists in deploying research topics, supervising the implementation process, and evaluating the results.
