DEPARTMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH & GRADUATE PROGRAMS
The Department of scientific research & graduate programs manages all university research and graduate programs. Furthermore it is editor of the Van Hien University Scientific Journals. It is advisor for the Board of Rectors of the Van Hien University in setting up and directing research plans and determine fundamental topics available to the requirements of research. The department organizes registration of research topics, assist in deployment of research topics, supervise the implementation process and evaluate the results.
