VAN HIEN UNIVERSITY TO PARTICIPATE IN HUNGHAU LEAGUE 2016

An online interview occurred at Meeting Room 2, Van Hien University 613 Au Co on August 24, 2016. This section aimed to choose VHU students majoring in Japanese Studies to intern at Japanese firms.

This is a short-term internship from 4 to 6 months conducted by Asian Cultural Exchange for VHU students demanding to intern at Japanese firms. The internship will last from October 2016 to March 2017. When participating in this internship, students are free of charge in transportation and accommodation, paid salaries based on work days, trained to improve working knowledge, Japanese, and attitudes to meet the quality standards of the firms.

Through the connection system from Japan, Mr. Masakatsu Taka, the representative of Japanese firms interviewed students majoring in Japanese Studies – Faculty of Foreign Languages and Civilization. After many recruitment days, 10 students passed the skill tests at VHU, then attended 2 online-interview rounds. 4 students who passed those tests will come to Japan at the beginning of October 2016.

With fluent Japanese and English skills as well as good knowledge trained at school, all the 10 students have excellently passed the 2 interview rounds, beyond the expectation from Japan. Therefore, the Japanese firms decided to choose all of them to participate in the upcoming internship.

After this interview, Japan and VHU will process necessary procedures to support the students complete all the guarantee and immigration documents in the shortest time. 2 students will come to Japan in phase 1 in early October and the remained students will follow in late October.
