Van Hien University is pleased to announce enrolment for the Vietnamese Language Training and Proficiency Test Preparation Programme, conducted in accordance with the Vietnamese Language Competency Framework for Foreigners issued by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
This programme is specifically designed to develop learners’ proficiency in Vietnamese for communication, academic study, and professional contexts, while promoting the Vietnamese language and culture to the international community.

Program Objectives
Enable learners to acquire proficiency in Vietnamese for effective communication, academic purposes, and employment.
Provide an officially recognised Vietnamese Language Certificate in compliance with the Ministry’s regulations.
Offer a professional and engaging learning experience, encouraging understanding and appreciation of Vietnamese culture.
Deliver a comprehensive preparation course aligned with the Vietnamese Language Competency Framework for Foreigners, focusing on four core skills: Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing.
Learning Materials & Mode of Study. Textbooks: The Official Vietnamese Language Textbook Series, published by the Vietnam National University Press, Ho Chi Minh City.
Mode of Study:
- On-campus classes at Van Hien University.
- Flexible online learning options available upon request.
Training and Examination Venue:
Location: Van Hien University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Certification: Official Vietnamese Language Certificate issued by Van Hien University in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
