On April 5, 2021, at Tan Son Nhat Hotel, Van Hien University held the "Ceremony for Decision Announcement and Grant of Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation for two full-time university degree training programs in Information Technology and Hotel Management”. Accordingly, Van Hien University is free to open or associate for master's degree training program in the two aforementioned majors.

These are the two long-term training majors at Van Hien University, founded at the same time as the establishment of the university in 1997. To be recognized as meeting this accreditation standard, training programs of two majors Information Technology and Hotel Management are evaluated according to Circular 04/2016 / TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training with 11 standards and 50 criteria.

The Center for Education Accreditation – The University of Danang and the Delegation of Experts highly appreciated the strengths of the two training programs of Van Hien University in terms of output standards, training programs, scientific research, community service activities, and especially the student care and support activities, and the rate of students employed after graduation. According to the statistical results, about 90% of the graduates of the Information Technology and Hotel Management majors of Van Hien University have the right jobs with their training expertise. Every year, the number of candidates who are interested in and register for admission to these two majors is also very high, about 300 students register to study in Hotel Management and 200 students register to study Information Technology.

In March 2020, Van Hien University was honored to receive the Certificate of Education Institution's Quality (Institution accreditation) standard according to the new set of standards of the Ministry of Education and Training. Not stopping there, Van Hien University has always pursued the goal of continuous quality accreditation with all training disciplines.
In July 2021, Van Hien University plans to put the Campus in the Saigon South area with a total area of 60,000 square meters into operation. This training facility will bring a modern learning environment, maximizing creativity for students. Besides school hours, students can also practice at the Sports Complex with 6 international standard football fields that have been put into operation in December 2020 and many other playgrounds are gradually being completed.
