Topic "Stress Management in Team Management" organized by the Psychological Counseling Center of Van Hien University recently ended with great success, bringing practical "spiritual medicines" to the Director Boards of Clubs, Teams, Groups and a large number of dynamic students of the university. The event provided basic knowledge about stress and especially equipped with the necessary skills and tools for students to confidently face the pressure of building and managing a strong team to achieve new successes.

The event attracted the participation of a large number of students, showing their deep interest in stress management in the school environment and teamwork. As the keynote speaker, Dr. To Nhi A - Lecturer in Psychology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law brought insightful and close sharing, helping students better understand the nature of stress, from identifying early signs, analyzing the root causes, to its negative impacts on mental health and work performance. Dr. To Nhi A emphasized the importance of proactively developing stress management strategies that are suitable for each individual, group and specific situation.

One of the highlights of the symposium is the introduction and manual of the "Johari Window" tool. The students had the opportunity to discover themselves and learn how others perceive them through exciting hands-on activities. Many of them shared that this tool has helped them recognize their strengths and weaknesses, as well as better understand the barriers to communication and build relationships with team members. From there, you can adjust and train yourself more on how to communicate, how to work in a team, manage and handle problems in team work to easily approach and build a sustainable relationship with members.

The discussion and sharing of experiences took place extremely excitingly. The students boldly asked questions, shared the difficulties and challenges they are facing in team management, and listened to the analysis, advice and suggestions for solving problems from the speakers. Issues such as time pressure, communication difficulties, heavy responsibilities, lack of support and limited resources were discussed frankly and openly.

Giving a speech at the symposium, Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Tuyet - Executive Director of Van Hien University highly appreciated the role of Clubs, Teams, and Groups in creating a dynamic and creative learning and training environment for students. Ms. Tuyet also mentioned the practical difficulties that the Directors of Clubs, Teams, and Groups are facing, and expressed her belief that the knowledge and skills that they learned from the topic will help them be more confident and braver in their leadership roles.  contributing to building increasingly strong and successful teams.

The Symposium "Stress Management in Team Management" has affirmed the important role of equipping students with essential soft skills, helping them develop comprehensively and be ready for future challenges.
