Notice of admission eligibility and enrollment information for master’s degree programs, Admission Round 1 - 2026

Admissions Council of Van Hien University for master’s degree programs in 2026 hereby announces enrollment procedures for candidates admitted to master’s degree programs in Admission Round 1 - 2026.

1.          Admission eligibility conditions:
a. For research-oriented programs: Candidates who have graduated from university or have met conditions for recognition of university graduation (or equivalent or higher qualification) in the same major, related major, or different major with a minimum classification of good or higher, or who have scientific publications related to the field they will study and research.
b. For application-oriented programs: Candidates who have graduated from university or have met conditions for recognition of university graduation (or equivalent or higher qualification) in the same major, related major, or different major.
c. Candidates graduating from related majors or different majors must have completed supplementary knowledge requirements.
d. Applicants must satisfy foreign language proficiency requirements as follows:
-             A university degree or higher in a foreign language major; or a university degree or higher from a program conducted mainly in a foreign language.
-             A university degree or higher issued by Van Hien University within no more than 02 years from the issuance date, in which the program learning outcomes satisfy foreign language requirements at Level 3 or higher according to Vietnam’s 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework.
-            Foreign language proficiency at Level 3 or higher according to Vietnam’s 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework or an equivalent B1 foreign language certificate issued by Van Hien University as specified in Appendix II, still valid and promulgated under the master’s degree admission announcement for Admission Round 1 - 2026 No. 35/MYH26/VHU/TB dated December 17, 2025 of Van Hien University.
2.          Enrollment period
-             Enrollment procedure period: Within 15 days from the date of issuance of the admission notice.
-         Candidates who arrive for enrollment 15 days or more later than the enrollment date stated in the admission notice, without legitimate reasons, shall be considered as having forfeited admission. In cases of delayed enrollment due to illness or accidents with certification from a district-level hospital or higher, or due to natural disasters certified by a ward/commune-level People’s Committee or higher, the University shall consider admission or reservation of admission results for the next intake.
3.       Enrollment venue
Candidates shall complete enrollment procedures at Admissions Consulting Center, Van Hien University, 624 Au Co Street, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. 
4.       Expected study period: According to the training plan of Graduate Institute.

5.       Enrollment dossier
-         02 copies of university graduation diploma;
-         02 copies of full academic transcripts;
-         01 copy of birth certificate;
-         01 health certificate;
-         01 photocopy of ID card/Citizen ID card;
-         Curriculum vitae;
-         Certificate of working seniority (if any);
-         02 photos sized 3x4 cm taken within the last 06 months.
