Recently, students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Van Hien University participated in a field trip and practical learning program at Swifthub, a company operating modern warehouses in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.

The program provided students with an opportunity to directly experience the corporate environment, observe actual operational processes, and gain a deeper understanding of the connection between classroom knowledge and the demands of the modern labor market.
At Swifthub, students explored the eFulfillment logistics operating model for e-commerce, the high-rack warehouse model, and activities such as inbound handling, storage, picking, packing, and outbound delivery. In particular, the hands-on experience in the picking and sorting areas helped students better understand goods classification, operational optimization, and the application of technology in e-commerce order management.

This was also an opportunity for students to gain a clearer understanding of career prospects after graduation in positions such as logistics specialist, transportation coordinator, warehouse manager, import-export officer, or e-commerce operations executive.
