Dear Students,
During this period, end-of-course exam scores are being continuously updated in the Academic Results section on the Portal. To proactively monitor and protect your grade-related interests, please save the following instructions right away:
1. How to Check the Grade Report Processing Status
The system has a separate lookup page so you can know exactly when the appeal period for your course will expire. Proceed as follows:
- Step 1: Log in to the Portal -> Go to Class Schedule -> Select General Timetable to copy the exact Course Class Code you need to look up.
- Step 2: Access the link here and enter the Course Class Code.
Result: The system will show you extremely important milestones: (1) Grade Report Review/Processing Deadline; (2) Grade Review Deadline.
2. Handling Questions about Final Exam Scores
- If your final exam score (end-of-course score) does not match your actual ability, you have the right to submit a Grade Review application as regulated.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The grade review application period is valid for only 07 days from the date the score is updated in the system. Don't let it expire!
3. Handling Questions about In-progress Scores (Attendance, Midterm, etc.)
If your in-progress score on the Portal differs from the score announced by the instructor in class, you have 2 ways to resolve it:
- Method 1 (Fastest): Proactively contact the instructor in charge directly so they can review it and prepare a Grade Correction Report (if there is a change).
- Method 2 (Through the Center): Contact the Student Care Center for verification support. When contacting them, remember to provide the following information in full so the specialist can process it quickly:
+ Full name & Student ID Number (MSSV).
+ Course name & Course Class Code.
+ Supporting evidence (Required): A photo of the grade report announced by the instructor, or an email/message from the instructor confirming the score.

Advice from the Center: After the "Grade Report Review/Processing Deadline," appeals will no longer be resolved. Therefore, as soon as you receive your scores, please check them carefully, and if you have any questions, respond immediately within the allowed time to receive the best support!
P/S: The School commits to all Students: the survey on instructors teaching the courses will only have its results exported for processing after the announcement of results is complete, and Student information will be kept completely confidential. Therefore, this survey has absolutely no effect on your test results or evaluations.
