Van Hien University Welcomes Namseoul University Delegation

On the afternoon of January 9, 2025, Van Hien University welcomed a delegation from Namseoul University, South Korea, at Meeting Room 101, Nguyen Van Linh Campus. This meeting marked a significant step forward in fostering international cooperation between the two universities.

During the program, Namseoul University introduced their diverse undergraduate and postgraduate training models, including international joint programs under the 2+2 and 3+1 formats, as well as graduate programs delivered in English or Korean. Moreover, they also emphasized the presence of more than 1,200 Vietnamese students currently studying at Namseoul University, reflecting their strong connection with the Vietnamese academic community.
Both parties discussed potential collaborative programs for the future, such as joint training in Business Administration and the 2+2 program. Specific proposals included mapping academic programs between the two universities to ensure that students meet the necessary requirements for transfer and graduation. Additionally, legal and administrative aspects of managing international programs were also discussed to ensure compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to continue detailed discussions to finalize the cooperation plan and proceed to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
This event not only creates opportunities for learning and research for Van Hien University students but also strengthens the strategic partnership with Namseoul University, enhancing the university's reputation and position on the international education map.
