The Admissions Council of Van Hien University (School Code: DVH) announces the admission of international students for the year 2023 as follows:
1. Admission Eligibility: Foreign students who have graduated from high school or equivalent.
2. Admission Requirements: International students must meet the conditions according to the current Admission Regulations of Vietnam, the criteria stated in Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated December 21, 2018, and Circular No. 17/2015/TT-BGDĐT dated September 1, 2015, issued by the Ministry of Education & Training, which includes the Vietnamese language proficiency requirements exempted for foreigners, specifically the B2 Vietnamese language certificate according to the 6-level framework.
3. Admission Quota: 20 slots.

5. Scholarship Policy:
- Number of Full Scholarships: 20 students.
- 100% coverage of tuition fees for the entire duration of the program (including the cost of Vietnamese language training and certification, the cost of training and certification for standard outcomes).
- 100% accommodation support for the entire course, up to a maximum of 5 years.
- 100% coverage of health insurance fees according to the current regulations of Vietnam.
- Provision of items: backpack, raincoat, sports uniform (applicable to regular students), and all-in-one services.
- The maximum duration for which the scholarship is granted is 5 years from the date of admission. If the time exceeds the mentioned period, all study and living expenses will be borne by the student.
- Scholarship recipients must obtain the approval of the coordinating unit or the Embassy of Vietnam in the countries where the applicants are studying.
6. Application Documents:
- Application form for admission according to the template of Van Hien University.
- Certified copy of birth certificate or confirmation from the competent authority of the sending country.
- Certified copy of high school diploma, transcript with authentication (Vietnamese or English translation).
- Certificate of accumulated academic results at foreign or Vietnamese universities (if applicable).
- Proof of exemption from Vietnamese language or foreign language examination requirements; Vietnamese or foreign language certificates issued by the authorized specialized training institutions (if applicable).
- Health certificate issued by the competent medical authority of the sending country within 6 months before coming to Vietnam or certified by Vietnamese authorities.
- Certified copy of passport with a validity period covering the entire study duration in Vietnam or at least 1 year from the expected date of arrival.
