On November 28th, the program "Exploring the Benefits of Participating in Health Insurance (HI) and Guidance on Using the VssID Software" featured insights by Ms. Huynh Van Thi Thuy Huong, Deputy Director of Social Insurance in District 3. This has helped Van Hien University students gain a deeper understanding of the benefits and theimportance of health insurance.

The informative program content has helped students enhance their knowledge about the qualified participants of Health Insurance, registration procedures, payment levels and responsibilities, payment methods, card expiration periods, card usage values, and medical examination and treatment procedures concerning Health Insurance. Particularly emphasized were benefits for the insured, such as the choice of healthcare facilities for treatment and reimbursement of medical examination and treatment costs under the Health Insurance scheme, among others.

During the program, Van Hien University students were also instructed on how to install and use the VssID application - the Social Insurance digital platform for information retrieval and the efficientexecution of social insurance and health insurance services. With the conveniences provided by this application, students can conveniently access information online, including their participation history,medical treatment records, and access information promptly.

Thanks to thevaluable knowledge from the program,the students have gained an understanding of their rights when participating in Health Insurance and have successfully installed VssID to streamline administrative procedures, save time, and reduce costs while ensuring a high level of security duringmedical examinations and treatments.
