Recently, the Teaching Support Center at Van Hien University successfully organized a training workshop titled "AI Transformation and Innovation in Teaching," which attracted the enthusiastic participation of lecturers from various faculties. The session was led by Mr. Nguyen Huu Phat, MSc – Director of RedPola Digital Platform Institute and Digital Platform Vietnam Institute – a leading expert in artificial intelligence (AI), who provided hands-on guidance and shared valuable experiences, paving a new path for the application of AI in education.

Building a Personal AI Assistant: The training guided lecturers in developing and managing their own AI-powered chatbots, capable of answering student queries, providing supplementary materials, assisting with grading, and reducing workload so instructors can focus on delivering specialized knowledge.
AI Fundamentals and Educational Transformation Models: Mr. Nguyen Huu Phat shared foundational knowledge of AI, introducing basic concepts and suitable transformation models for the education sector.
Applying AI in Content Creation: Lecturers were trained to use AI to create diverse teaching materials, from presentation slides and quizzes to supplementary resources, thus saving time and improving lecture quality.
