Enhancing the quality of education & research through the conference “Development of Digital Learning Resources in University Libraries.”

On September 23, 2024, the Learning Resource Center and the Corporate Relationship Center at Van Hien University successfully collaborated with the Library of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, and Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City, to organize the conference “Development of Digital Learning Resources in University Libraries.” The event gathered experts, scholars, and representatives from leading universities across the country.


Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Duc, President of Van Hien University, presented flowers to thank the speakers at the conference.

The conference focused on discussing and sharing trends, challenges, and opportunities in developing digital learning resources in university libraries within the context of digital transformation that aimed to provide valuable insights into models for digital resource development, promote cooperation agreements, and facilitate resource sharing among libraries, all geared toward enhancing educational quality and meeting the new standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Notably, the conference introduced solutions for applying artificial intelligence (AI) that opened new potential for data management and utilization in university libraries, leveraging a rich and high-quality pool of digital learning resources. These innovations aim to enhance the research and learning capabilities of universities in training human resources.
