2. Admission Eligibility:
a. Have graduated with a Master’s degree.
b. Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree (Honors/Excellent classification or higher) in the same/appropriate major.
c. Have graduated with a degree equivalent to Level 7 according to the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework in certain specialized or specific fields suitable for the Doctoral training major.
Information regarding Master's degrees in the same/appropriate, closely related, or different majors, and Bachelor's degrees in the same major can be found in Appendix I.
3. Time and Location:
a. Application submission deadline: Until the end of June 30, 2026.
b. Application review period (expected): July 15, 2026.
c. Registration location: Admission Counseling Center: 624 Au Co, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Training Plan and Location:
a. Training format: Full-time, concentrated.
b. Training duration: 03 years for those with a Master’s degree, 04 years for those with a Bachelor’s degree.
c. Class schedule: Monday evening to Friday evening; all day Saturday and Sunday (Morning: 07:30–11:50; Afternoon: 13:00–17:20; Evening: 18:00–21:30).
