2. Admission Eligibility:

a. For Research-Oriented Programs: Candidates who have graduated or are eligible for graduation from a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent or higher) in the same major, closely related major, or different major with a classification of "Good" or higher; or have published scientific research related to the field of study and research.

b. For Application-Oriented Programs: Candidates who have graduated or are eligible for graduation from a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent or higher) in the same major, closely related major, or different major (no work experience required for candidates graduating in the same or closely related majors).

c. Students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs at Van Hien University with a cumulative GPA classified as "Good" or higher are eligible to register for certain modules of the Master's program in advance.

d. Candidates graduating in closely related or different majors must participate in knowledge supplementation courses before admission review. Candidates can view the List of Knowledge Supplementation Modules in Appendix I.

e. Candidates must meet one of the following conditions for entry-level foreign language proficiency:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a foreign language; or a Bachelor's degree or higher where the program was conducted primarily in a foreign language.
  • A certificate of foreign language proficiency at Level 3 or higher according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam issued by Van Hien University (specified in Appendix II attached to this notice).
  • A diploma or foreign language certificate at Level 3 or higher according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, or other equivalent certificates announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, which remain valid until the date of registration.
  • Foreign applicants applying for Master's programs taught in Vietnamese must reach Vietnamese language proficiency Level 4 or higher according to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners, or have graduated from a university (or equivalent level) where the program was taught in Vietnamese.

Note: If candidates do not meet the above foreign language requirements, they must participate in the foreign language proficiency assessment exam organized by the University according to regulations.

3. Time and Place of Registration:

a. Receipt of Admission Documents:

  • Candidates graduating in closely related/different majors: Until June 30, 2026.
  • Candidates graduating in the same major: Until July 31, 2026.
  • Expected knowledge supplementation: From March 16, 2026, to July 6, 2026.
  • Expected admission review: August 5, 2026.

b. Foreign Language Proficiency Assessment:

c. Registration Location:
