[VHU] Ho Chi Minh City, July 10, 2026 – Over 3,000 students from Văn Hiến University attended the VHU Career Fair 2026 at HungHau Campus, gaining access to more than 5,000 jobs, internships, and career opportunities from over 50 enterprises across various fields. Under the theme "Sync Global Direction - Connect Talent, Create Future," the event offered students a hands-on journey through real-world recruitment processes via three experience stations: Corporate Networking, Mock Interviews & CV Enhancement, and Direct Recruitment. These stations helped learners gain a deeper understanding of the labor market, hone their application skills, and proactively prepare for their future careers.

Through the 3 Recruitment Experience Stations, students not only visited corporate booths but also actively engaged in every step of a real-world hiring process.
Students enthusiastically gathered information and participated in activities at the corporate booths.
At the Corporate Networking Station, students had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with company representatives, learning about work environments, organizational cultures, recruitment needs, career positions, and growth pathways across various industries.
Continuing their journey at the Mock Interviews & CV Enhancement Station, HR experts provided direct advice on application files, guided students on how to build CVs tailored to specific positions, and shared interview techniques as well as real-world candidate evaluation criteria.
At the Direct Recruitment Station, students experienced real-time job application activities right at the event by submitting their resumes, interacting with recruiters, and participating in interviews for suitable positions.
A Networking Space of Over 50 Enterprises Bringing Students Closer to the Labor Market
Alongside the three experience stations, the exhibition area featuring over 50 corporate booths at Trong Dong Hall became a vibrant networking space connecting businesses, students, and the University. Here, companies introduced their staffing needs, recruitment programs, training policies, and career growth opportunities, while also sharing the essential competencies required of the workforce in the context of digital transformation and international integration.
