Van Hien University Receives Decision on Recognition of the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association

Recently, at the Saigon Opera House, the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City organized a cultural exchange program titled 'Vietnamese - Korean Friendship Blossoms.'

During the program, Comrade Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue - President of the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City, presented the decision to recognize the Executive Committee of the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City to the representative of Van Hien University and two other universities in the region. These new friendship associations will serve as bridges to expand and strengthen sustainable friendly relations between Vietnam and South Korea.

The program, themed 'Vietnamese - Korean Friendship Blossoms,' brought forth a musical and artistic space rich in the cultural exchange between Vietnam and Korea, featuring performances ranging from traditional to contemporary. Notably, the Korean Studies Club of Van Hien University also participated in the program, presenting a traditional Korean dance, 'Ganggangsullae.'


Ms. Ho Thi Trinh Anh, General Secretary of the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City, announces the decision to establish the Friendship Associations.

In the activities of the Friendship Association, Van Hien University is expected to be effective in leveraging their capabilities and fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. At the same time, it is hoped that the friendly relations between Vietnam and South Korea will continue to develop sustainably and more positively.
