Topic: “Overcoming Pressure and Managing Stress”: A Journey to Strengthen Mental Wellbeing among Văn Hiến University Students

In order to help students better understand stress and equip them with practical skills to cope with study pressure, the Institute of Media and Sports in collaboration with Van Hien University organized the seminar “Overcoming Pressure and Stress Management”. The event not only provided useful knowledge but also created a friendly sharing space, giving students the opportunity to express their difficulties in study and life.

The event attracted a large number of Van Hien students to attend.

Through the content, students will have the opportunity to learn more about methods to help control stress positively such as: Relaxation methods including meditation, deep breathing, listening to music and light exercise, helping the body and mind to relax. Time management techniques help students organize work reasonably, avoid overload and improve learning performance. Building a healthy lifestyle through a scientific diet, enough sleep and regular exercise also plays an important role in maintaining mental and physical health.

The speaker stirred up the atmosphere with interactive minigames, attracting enthusiastic participation from students.

In particular, this topic has the participation of MSc. Nguyen Thi Trang Nhung, an expert at the Center for Training and Mental Care of Vietnamese Ideas. With rich experience in the field of mental health care, she has brought practical sharing, effective methods to control stress and useful lessons to help students have a stronger spirit in the face of challenges. In addition, MSc. Hoang Minh Phu, lecturer of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Van Hien University, directly answered students' questions about stress, from the causes to solutions to help balance life and study. The practical questions from students created a lively exchange session, helping students better understand how to deal with pressure effectively.
