With the enthusiasm of the youth, more than 300 volunteers from Van Hien University have done many beautiful constructions and meaningful activities to children and people in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Thap Province.
Mua He Xanh is always a attractive activity to students because this is a chance to discover all over the country, spend the experiences. Most of all, it is the pride to devote their youth to help disadvantage people in the remote areas.
Continuing the tradition and the unforgettable memories from the past 16 seasons. In this 17th campaign, Van Hien students in green shirts with slogan "go to dedicate and go to mature" have spread the positive spirit to the people in those areas.
Over one week, 90 volunteers have marked many memories and finished many works in Dong Thap province such as: decorated flowers on the wheels, built the model of entertainment place for children at Phu Duc Community Center, created green campus around Phu Duc, gave clothes to children and elderly at Phu Thanh B Commune.
Especially, despite the bad weather and difficult conditions, Van Hien's soldiers have cut bamboo trees to make many lanterns and bring a warm Mid-Autumn to children.
The first time to step into the new land with the simple houses, with the strangers but full of loves, in spite of how many times far away from home, our soldiers reminded themselves trying their best to adapt the new environment to complete the duties. The relationship has developed closer and closer as family members through simple meals of the "big family" with only vegetables. The first strange feeling has gradually disappeared by the replacement of intimacy, enthusiasm, unionization.
