On the 11th of July occurred the anniversary of the university, which turns to 19 years old. This is our special celebration, illustrating an important milestone of the school’s missions.
To start the anniversary, Assoc. Prof. Tran Van Thien, Rector of Van Hien University, summarized the journey of the establishment, development, and integration of the school as well as the achievements of its lecturers, staffs, and students throughout its19-year history. VHU has oriented to become one of the best private universities in Vietnam with the educational purposes of career application and modern infrastructures following international standards. Furthermore, the 11th of July is another important milestone of VHU since its new campus, HungHau Campus on Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, has started to be built. HungHau Campus is expected to be a new, modern and high-quality campus in the near future.
After Mr. Rector’s speech, Mr. Tran Van Hau – Chairman of HungHau Holdings and VHU blew the candles and cut the birthday cake. Then, the lecturers and guests shared their memories and hope for their beloved VHU. The anniversary ended with a warm party and some musical performances by students of Art Department as well as the staffs and lecturers of the school.
