CONFERENCE ON SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IMPLEMENTATION 2023-2024
On November 30, 2023, at Van Hien University (HungHau Campus - Nguyen Van Linh), the conference on the implementation of student scientific research (SR) for the academic year 2023-2024 of the Faculty of Oriental Studies took place, attracting over 60 students and faculty members. The conference was conducted both offline and online via Microsoft Teams to facilitate student participation.
The aim was to help students understand the importance of SR activities, choose suitable research topics, and grasp the process of drafting SR proposals. Dr. Le Si Hai - Head of Faculty of Oriental Studies, delivered a speech to the students.
Additionally, students listened to valuable insights and experiences on scientific research from MA. Tran Thanh Kiet - Representative of the Research Management and International Cooperation Office, along with insights into the process of conducting student scientific research shared by MA. Nguyen Thi Hong Yen - Deputy Head of Oriental Studies Faculty.
The conference was lively with questions from students revolving around the theme and topics of SR, as well as sharing experiences from senior students.
SR not only provides students with the opportunity to delve into their favorite academic fields but also cultivates a scientific working style, fosters objective problem-solving skills, and enhances various soft skills. Therefore, students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies - Van Hien University are encouraged to actively participate in SR activities!
