Faculty of Engineering and Technology currently offers four undergraduate programs: Biotechnology, Food Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. The faculty at Van Hien University is committed to its mission of providing students with fundamental knowledge and expertise in the fields of Biomedical Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology; Processing, Preservation, Nutrition, Food Quality Assessment; Water Treatment Technology and Environmental Waste, Hazardous Waste; Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Control and Automation, Microchip Design, etc. This equips students to apply effectively and professionally in the practical production and life within the four areas of expertise and related industries, facilitating technology application and transfer to meet the country's development needs.

Strengthening partnerships with businesses to provide students with opportunities for practical experiences, internships, and post-graduation employment.
Development of academic clubs and teams associated with each specialization, promoting exchange activities and competitions to create an environment for students to unleash their talents and find inspiration in their academic journey and meaningful experiences at the university.
