INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CENTER
International cooperation is the demand and the essential driven development for global trends today. Needs of human resource development with expertise, good adaptability as well as the expansion of the increasingly powerful corporations, multinational organizations are creating pressures and incentives for international development cooperation in the field of education, research and technology transfer.
The Centre for International Cooperation and Industrial Relations (ICIR center) of Van Hien University was established as an operational unit in international cooperation and industrial relations activities under the Board of Management, being equal with other operational units in the University and performs its job according to guidelines and directions of the Board of Rectors of the University.
The IIR center is the implementation body and coordinates the implementation of activities of international co-operation. It offers training and international updated knowledge transfer and improves the domestic workforce. The Center establishes collaborations to transfer knowledge and supports in transferring specific local knowledge of Vietnam for foreign people and entrepreneurs wishing to develop their business cooperation. The Center atcs strictly under the provisions of the University regulations and ruling Vietnamese law.
